Terms & Conditions
1. Price and Ordering

1.1 - The price payable for Products is set out on the website, on various online trading sites and also on premise. Prices may change without notice but will be confirmed at the time the Customer places their order. To comply with certain manufacturers guidelines, certain New Motorcycle prices may be displayed as + OTR (On the Road) which means that additional costs may be incurred to present your bike as legally compliant to be used on the road (for example... Registration Fee, Road Tax etc).

1.2 - An order received from a Customer is not confirmed as binding unless a deposit is taken to secure the Product. In this instance, this deposit is typically non refundable and secures the Product for 7 days in which time the full amount then becomes payable unless special terms have been agreed in writing at the time of purchase. Non payment of the full amount at this time breaches your agreement and therefore returns the Product for sale. In these instances, typically, the deposit is non refundable. This does not breach your Statutory Rights.

1.3 - The Company reserves the right to withdraw any Product from sale and where relevant, return any deposit without notice or reason. The Company have included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing, where the Company has inadvertently under-priced or over-priced goods, or the Company are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason.

1.4 - Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs. The Company reserves the right to repossess Products in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.
1.5 - The Company only accepts cleared cheques, pre arranged finance payments, cleared BACS payments and Credit /Debit Cards, as valid methods of payment. Where the Company incurs a handling fee (e.g. credit cards) from the merchant bank, you may be asked to cover this fee for higher value items.

1.6 - For all Products paid for at point of order, in the event that Products have to be backordered or are not available, the Customer will be given the option to cancel their order. If the Customer cancels the order they will not be charged.

1.7 - A deposit or full payment may be taken for orders of Products specifically ordered on behalf of a customer. These Products will then be held for a period of 7 days pending collection. Failure to collect within this period will breach your agreement and will allow the Company to dispose of goods as we see fit. In these instances, typically, any payment made is non refundable.

2. Delivery and Title
​
2.1 - Where a delivery has been offered to the customer, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for delivery on the agreed date. We reserve the right to use approved 3rd party delivery companies where we are unable to complete a delivery using our own vehicles.

2.2 - If the Customer fails to receive the Product on the quoted delivery date, the Company reserves the right to store the Product until the Customer can receive or collect the Product and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer.

2.3 - Title to the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs. The Company reserves the right to repossess goods in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.

3. Back Orders
​
3.1 - If the Products the Customer is ordering are not in stock, the Company will back order the goods for the Customer and quote an estimated delivery date. The Customer will always be emailed with the option to cancel their order if they do not accept the new delivery date unless the order relates to a New Motorcycles that has already been registered to the customer.

4. Guarantees and Warranties
​
4.1 - The Company guarantees the Customer's satisfaction. All Products and Services offered to the Customer are covered by this guarantee unless specifically outlined at the time of sale (e.g. Sold as Seen). Most Used Motorcycles are offered with a Warranty of 30 days or 3,000 miles whichever is the sooner. In all instances, where evoking your rights under this clause, it is the responsibility of the Customer to return any Product to us for remedy, replacement or refund. The Company reserves the right to remedy all faults in the first instance on receipt of the returned Product. The Company will not accept claims where this procedure has not been followed. This does not breach your Statutory Rights.

4.2 - The Customer must notify the Company of any issues covered under this clause by telephone or by email to

4.3 - The Customer will bear the cost of returning all products to the Company
​
4.4 - Any modifications carried out to the Product or failure to adhere to Servicing requirements shall invalidate your Warranty with the Company.

4.5 - In certain conditions, the Warranty or Guarantee offered by the Company shall be superseded by that of a Manufacturer, in which case this Warranty or Guarantee shall prevail. This will not affect your rights under the Sale of Good Act 2015

5. Liability
​
5.1 - Any defect in the quality and condition of the Product should be notified by the Customer to the Company within 24 hours or on receipt of the Product. If the Customer does not notify the Company the Company will not accept liability for any future notification of defect.
​
5.2 - The Company will inspect the Product returned and if the defect is identified, the Company will remedy the defect or offer a suitable alternative to remedy. The Company will have no further liability to the Customer.

5.3 - The Company will inspect the Product returned and if no defect is identified, the Product will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's cost.
​
5.4 - The Company under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in Products supplied. The Company's liability will be restricted to the value of Products returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.

6. Privacy Policy
​
6.1 - The Company does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

7. Force Majeure
​
7.1 - The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the Products supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.

8. General
​
8.1 - The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.

8.2 - The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
